Website visits
We use Umami Analytics (self-hosted) for anonymous statistics. It is cookieless, stores nothing on your device and does not require consent.
AI chatbot
Your questions and the bot's answers are sent to our server (Mistral, in the EU) to generate a reply. Unless you opt out in the chat settings, we store the conversation to improve the bot — direct identifiers (email, phone, ID numbers) are masked. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat.

4. Who do we share data with?
We do not as a rule disclose your personal data to third parties.
Arzonic ApS (data processor)
Technical operation of website and admin dashboard. Uses sub-processors for hosting, database and email - all located in the EU and covered by data processing agreements.
Danish Road Traffic Authority and police
Driving licence reporting involves exchange of data with authorities pursuant to law.
All data processors are covered by a data processing agreement. Data is processed within the EU/EEA as a rule; where a provider exceptionally transfers data to third countries, it takes place under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long do we keep your data?
Enrolled students
Duration of training + up to 24 months after completion.
Contact inquiries
Up to 12 months after closed correspondence.
Waitlist
Until you are offered a spot or ask to be removed.
Accounting records
5 years after the financial year ends (Danish Bookkeeping Act).
Chatbot conversations
Up to 90 days, unless you have opted out.
